RELAX AND RECHARGE THANKS TO YOGA AT WORK -WORK SEMINARS

Yoga is an effective way to improve the well-being of your employees. By providing your staff with yoga classes, you can help improve general health, efficiency and build a strong team-building  spirit within your company.

"I like the balance between physical effort and relaxation"  An employee from Zimmerspine

The physiological benefits of yoga are numerous. The dynamic movements and postures generate internal heat, improve circulation, tone muscles, and bring the whole body into alignment. Practicing yoga on a regular basis has been found to not only strengthen the body and improve flexibility, but it also lowers stress and enhances the immune system, which increases resistance to illness.

The participants will feel the benefits of their practice immediately, as well as in the medium and long term. Being more balanced, they will face the working day with more energy, improved mental focus, clarity and concentration to deal with the everyday demands of professional life.

What does a typical yoga class involve?

The class involves breathing techniques, a series of standing and seated postures. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation.

What is your teaching method?

Tracey teaches the International Institute of Yoga's method, a synthesis of 3 types of yoga:

Indian Yoga, Egyptian Yoga & Chinese Taoist Yoga -Internal styles of Kung Fu and Ch'i Kong.

This approach makes yoga accessible to all. It prepares the body for Hatha yoga postures thanks to Egyptian yoga and Chinese taoist yoga techniques. The contractions-decontractions prepare the body to do the postures safely and to avoid injury.

What are the benefits of doing yoga at work?

The beauty of this approach to yoga is that it is  perfectly adapted to modern man's needs. Thanks to a regular yoga practice we can:

Develop flexibility, strength & inner vitality.
Calm the mind with improved breath awareness & breathing.
Improve the energy circulation in the body.
Learn practical yoga techniques to better manage stress in daily life & deeply relax.

I also propose efficient techniques for the treatment & prevention of many pathologies:

Stress management, Rheumatism, Sciatica, Lumbago, Back Pain, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Stomach Pain.
